That figure comes from our own grid of 6,690 transatlantic fares, collected on a fixed week and published in full across this site. It is the same data behind every ranking here, and you can check it before you buy anything.

How it works

1. 1You send the trip and the balances. Dates, departure city, destination, cabin, and which currencies you hold. A list, not logins.
2. 2We hunt. Availability across the programs your points can reach, including the routings a search box will not show you.
3. 3You choose. Options with the trade-offs written out — connection against nonstop, program against program, surcharges included.
4. 4We book it together. On the phone or on a call, so the transfer and the ticketing happen in the right order and nothing is stranded.

Common questions

How much does an award booking service cost?

$200 per ticket, or 15% of the cash fare saved, whichever is higher. Against a business-class seat to Europe, which runs a $5,396 median on Star Alliance carriers in our own fare data, $200 is under 4% of the ticket. We tell you the fee before any work starts.

Why not just search for the award myself?

You can, and the method is published free on this site. The case for handing it over is that the cheapest itinerary is almost never the obvious one: on 849 of the 884 business routes we price, a connection beats every nonstop. Search boxes default to what looks direct, and the routings that win are usually the ones you would have to know to look for.

What do you need from me?

Dates, departure city, destination, cabin, and a list of which points currencies you hold with rough balances. We never ask for logins or account access, and we do not hold your points.

What if you cannot find anything?

Then there is no booking and no fee. The fee is charged on a ticket that gets issued, not on the search. Award space genuinely does not exist on some dates, and the useful version of this service says so early rather than late.
