Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain-spoken, no surprises.

Europe Flight Club(“we,” “us,” “our”), a Global Viewpoint brand, operates europeflightclub.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions go to hello@europeflightclub.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address, when you join the Club. Optionally your home airport, if you tell us, so the deal content can be relevant to where you fly from.
- Whatever you put in an email to us, including consulting enquiries. We keep those threads so we can answer them.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser. We use this to decide what to write next, not to identify you.
- Email engagement. Whether a Club email was delivered, opened, or clicked, and whether it bounced or was marked as spam. We act on bounces and complaints by suppressing the address.
How we use it
- To send the Club digest and the welcome sequence you signed up for.
- To answer your emails and deliver any consulting you buy.
- To understand which pages are useful and which need rewriting.
- To detect and block abuse of the signup form.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with advertisers.
Consent, and how to leave
The Club uses confirmed opt-in. Entering your address triggers one email asking you to confirm. If you do not click the link, you are not added to the list and you hear nothing further. Every email after that carries a one-click unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately.
Third parties we rely on
- Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly traffic and performance analytics.
- Supabase stores the subscriber list.
- Resend sends the Club emails and reports delivery events.
- Google Analytics provides site analytics, once configured.
- Affiliate networks, principally impact.com, set a cookie when you click an affiliate link so a resulting signup is credited to us. See the affiliate disclosure.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy and only to provide the service to us.
Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Analytics and affiliate networks may set their own when you visit or when you click an outbound partner link. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site works fine without them, though an affiliate network will not be able to credit a signup to us.
Data retention
We keep subscriber records for as long as you are on the list, and keep a suppression record after you unsubscribe so we do not email you again by accident. Email engagement events are kept for operational troubleshooting. Ask us to delete your data and we will, apart from the suppression record, which exists to protect you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. This includes residents of California under the CCPA and CPRA, and residents of the EU and UK under the GDPR. To exercise any of these, email hello@europeflightclub.com from the address in question and we will action it. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it, and anything that affects existing subscribers goes out by email.
