These Terms govern your use of europeflightclub.com, operated by Europe Flight Club, a Global Viewpoint brand. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site is, and is not

Everything here is editorial travel information: our research, our opinions, and our experience. It is not financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of any price, seat, award availability, or route.

Airfare, award pricing, schedules, and aircraft assignments change constantly and without notice. Fare ranges published here carry the month they were observed, and are there to help you judge a quote, not to promise one. Always confirm the current price and terms with the airline or booking site before you buy.

Points, miles, and awards

Loyalty programs devalue, change award charts, and alter transfer ratios whenever they like. Our point valuations are our own conservative estimates for transatlantic redemptions, published with their basis and reviewed periodically. They are opinions, not guarantees, and any figure a calculator on this site produces is an estimate based on the numbers you entered.

Some links here are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them, at no additional cost to you. This never changes what we recommend. The full policy is on the affiliate disclosure page, and our review method is published at how we review.

We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or conduct of any third-party site or service we link to. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Consulting and paid services

Consulting engagements are advisory. We research routings, awards, and timing and give you our best recommendation; we do not control airline pricing, award availability, or program rules, and we cannot guarantee a particular fare or seat. Where a service includes making a booking, it is made with your authorization and using your accounts and funds or points. Specific scope, price, and refund terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.

Digital products and purchases

The Europe Flight Plan is a one-time purchase of a digital deliverable, priced at $39. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

Not useful? Email us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. The full terms, including how consulting refunds differ and what we cannot refund, are on our refund policy page.

What you buy is a license to use the plan yourself. You may keep it, print it, and share it with the people you are traveling with. You may not resell it, republish it, or use it to train a model.

The Club

Club membership is free. We may change what the digest contains, or stop sending it, at any time. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, text, design, data, tools, graphics, and branding is owned by Europe Flight Club and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions, or use the content to train a model, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its security, submit other people’s email addresses to the signup form, or use automated systems to harvest content.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Europe Flight Club and Global Viewpoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including any travel booking you make.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
